System Requirements

To watch videos on My Circus Street you must be connected to the internet with a 1.5Mbps connection. You can also stream and download lessons using our iOS and Android apps to watch offline.

Desktop / Laptop

  • Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, Mozilla Firefox or Safari.
  • At least 1.5 Mbps internet connection.

We recommend disconnecting from any VPN connection on your computer as this may cause buffering issues when watching videos.

If the requirements mentioned above are met and you are still facing trouble, please contact support@circusstreet.com. We may require you to hold a share screen session with the end user to identify the problem.


iPhone / iPad

  • Devices must be running iOS 10 or later
  • The Circus Street app can be downloaded from the App Store
  • A 1.5Mbps internet connection is required to stream lessons or alternatively download lessons to watch offline

Android phone / tablet

  • Devices must be running Android 6.0 (Marshmallow) or later
  • The Circus Street app can be downloaded from Google Play
  • A 1.5Mbps internet connection is required to stream lessons or alternatively download lessons to watch offline
