Account Manager - US

As an Account Manager with Circus Street you are the face of the programs with our clients. Your main focus will be to manage the day-to-day of our large-scale learning programs with the mindset of seeking opportunities within the account for growth. As part of a global team led by the Account Director, you will need to be a collaborative individual who is seen as a great team player. You will serve as a mentor to the account executives and coordinators with your team.

Account Manager - UK

Full Time, Permanent

As an Account Manager with Circus Street you are the face of the programs with our clients. Customer Success Lead - US

Full Time, Permanent

As a Customer Success Lead with Circus Street you are seen, both internally and externally, as the authority on how best to run a Circus Street programme that will lead to renewal and growth. You will oversee 20-30 accounts that will sit within a team of Account Directors, Managers and Executives. You will lead on the engagement strategies of these accounts, with the Account Managers serving as the clients day-to-day contact. Your experience in previous customer success roles will be crucial in bringing new processes and disciplines to our teams and clients.

New Business Manager - US

Full Time, Permanent

We are looking for a New Business Manager, for our US New Business team to win new logo business within established categories across CPG clients, as well as opening up new verticals and targeted sectors. The ideal candidate will be comfortable nurturing relationships across a number of stakeholders and decision-makers across; L&D/HR, Marketing, Sales/eCommerce and Center of Excellence departments to onboard enterprise digital capability programs for the world’s largest brands.

Lead Test Engineer

Full Time, Permanent

We need a Lead Test Engineer to join us and help to elevate our tech offering to a new level. This is an environment that offers challenging work that will make a difference. As the Lead Test Engineer, your ability to work with the software development team and support both our web and mobile applications will be paramount to success. We need you to influence quality at all stages of the project lifecycle, driving continuous improvement and getting involved with requirements, including design and testing.

Senior Backend Engineer

Full Time, Permanent

As a Team Lead to one of our Backend teams, your expertise will help us to take our tech offering
to a new level. We offer an environment where the work is challenging, and your leadership, input
and previous experience will make a real difference. Your previous knowledge with distributed systems and frameworks will be essential to leading engaging design discussions, whilst helping drive engineering practices.

Technical Business Analyst

Full Time, Permanent

As a Technical Business Analyst you will be collaborating with a variety of internal and external
teams and writing detailed requirements documentation to support our software development.

Your main focus will be to provide help building product backlogs for our three Agile teams that
own the backend layer of the system. Given that this position is largely centred around understanding data and reporting, we are looking for someone with structured business and data
analysis skills, ideally with some Python knowledge.

Marketing Executive - UK

We need a dynamic, detail-oriented, passionate marketer to assist in the execution of our marketing strategy. This role will help deliver our multi-channel digital marketing strategy, manage our social media pages, write marketing email copy and manage campaigns.

Marketing Events Manager - US

Full Time, Permanent

We need a dynamic, detail-oriented, highly talented, and driven events manager to execute exceptional events that help us attract new customers. This role will design and deliver effective and strategic multichannel event marketing campaigns to attract attendees from our target company list and produce clear sales-qualified leads. Working from a diverse sector of companies, this is a wonderful opportunity for an experienced event marketer to own, nurture and grow our events offering.
