Solutions Engineer

Full Time, Permanent

We are looking for a Solutions Engineer to join our team. Working directly with our Commercial Project Manager, where you will act as the go-to technical resource to help support our global sales team. The Solutions Engineer will Solicit technical integration business requirements from client stakeholders, and assist with new client acquisitions whilst educating existing clients on our latest product offerings as the product evolves. Your experience as a Solutions Engineer will also allow you to demonstrate your ability to communicate complex technical solutions to all levels within the sales team and to client stakeholders.

Digital Capabilities Consultant

Full Time, Permanent

This position will work directly with client stakeholders to drive visibility and learner journeys within their LMS and identify organisational obstacles to learning. The Digital Capabilities Consultant will be a leading voice in client meetings for advising on their training programme needs and providing achievable recommendations. Our clients are CPGs, Retailers, Pharma, and we need your expertise to build strong working relationships with digital subject matter experts that will form an essential part of the day to day responsibilities. The role will also include working closely with the commercial team on training programme best practices and digital capabilities.

Frontend Senior Technical Architect

The expansion of our tech team means that we’re in need of a Senior Technical Architect to join our Frontend teams in an exciting company where your work will make a real difference.
The senior technical architect will focus primarily on translating technical concepts into non-technical, helping drive technical governance and guide an effective decision making process.

Team Lead - Senior Backend

As a Team Lead to one of our Backend teams, your expertise will help us to take our tech offering to a new level. We offer an environment where the work is challenging, and your leadership, input and previous experience will make a real difference.
Your previous knowledge of distributed systems and frameworks will be essential to leading engaging design discussions, whilst helping drive engineering practices.

Account Manager - London

As an Account Manager with Circus Street you are the face of the programs with our clients. Your main focus will be to manage the day-to-day of our large-scale learning programs with the mindset of seeking opportunities within the account for growth. As part of a global team led by the Account Director, you will need to be a collaborative individual who is seen as a great team player. You will serve as a mentor to the account executives and coordinators with your team.

Account Manager - New York

Customer Success Lead

Full Time, Permanent

As a Customer Success Lead with Circus Street you are seen, both internally and externally, as
the authority on how best to run a Circus Street programme that will lead to renewal and growth. You will oversee 20-30 accounts that will sit within a team of Account Directors, Managers and Executives. You will lead on the engagement strategies of these accounts, with the Account Managers serving as the clients day-to-day contact. Your experience in previous customer success roles will be crucial in bringing new processes and disciplines to our teams and clients.

Customer Service Lead

Full Time, Permanent

As a Customer Service Lead with Circus Street you are seen, both internally and externally, as the authority on delivering the best experience to our inbound learners. You will oversee the operation of our Helpdesk and manage a Customer Service Agent. You will advise and implement best practices, lead customer service projects, and work closely with the Tech, Product and Account Management teams to provide quick and friendly results for our clients. Your experience in previous customer service roles will be crucial in bringing new processes and disciplines to our teams and clients.
